This package is for the client who doesn’t have the time or energy to focus on the administrative tasks or the finite details that are required to successfully plan an event.
Futtitinni Events will handle everything from conceptualization to event execution and every small [but very important] detail in-between.
While we still count on you for final vendor and design decisions, you will not have your hands tied with coordinating vendor meetings, due dates, booking, contract acquisition and all of those other administrative duties that come along with planning a unique and custom event.
That’s our job.
The Experience
Once we have completed the pre-booking process, completed a contract and paid the retainer, it’s time to dive into planning.
From booking to wedding day, you will work 1:1 with your planner through e-mail, monthly or bi-monthly meetings via Zoom or in-person.
We start with your onboarding call where we cover all of the resources available to you through the process. We’ll create a preliminary timeline so we have a foundation to work off of throughout the planning process.
Full Service Planning is very much an all-inclusive package,
giving you the flexibility to be fully present with your partner throughout your engagement.
