What types of events do you plan?
We plan weddings, social gatherings, and elevated corporate events throughout Michigan and beyond — from tented estate weddings to welcome parties, milestone birthdays, and luxury dinner experiences.
Do you offer planning packages, or is everything custom?
We offer structured packages with flexible enhancements. Whether you need full-service planning, month-of coordination, or something in between, we’ll tailor the experience to your event’s needs.
Do you offer virtual planning services?
Yes! For couples planning from afar or who already have a day-of coordinator, we offer virtual planning support including timeline creation, vendor coordination, and layout design — all without needing to be onsite.
What’s the difference between Month-of Coordination and Full Service Planning?
Month-of is ideal for couples who’ve planned most of their wedding but want a professional to manage final logistics. Full Service covers everything — from concept to clean-up — for clients who want a high-touch, hands-off experience.
How is your approach different from other planners?
I’m not just your planner—I’m your sounding board, your advocate, and sometimes your scapegoat (in the best way). If your mom’s questioning the timeline or a friend’s asking why you can’t DIY your centerpieces, you can tell them, “My planner made me.” I’m here to protect your peace, keep your vision on track, and make the whole process feel lighter, calmer, and more joyful. You’re not just getting a checklist—you’re gaining a calm, capable partner who truly cares.
LOGISTICS AND SUPPORT
How far in advance should we book you?
Most clients book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak-season dates. A few openings are occasionally available with shorter notice.
Will I work directly with you?
Yes — Danielle personally leads every project from start to finish. We don’t hand you off or delegate the heart of your experience.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. We travel throughout Michigan and to select destinations. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30miles from Grand Rapids 49503 or outside the state.
PEOPLE, PLACES, PRICING
Do you offer any discounts or vendor perks?
Yes! Many of our preferred vendor partners offer exclusive pricing for Futtitinni clients. These discounts can significantly reduce your overall investment while ensuring you’re working with trusted, high-quality professionals. We’ll help guide you toward the right fit—and the right rate.
What’s your pricing structure?
Our services are customized based on scope, guest count, and location. Most clients invest between $3,500–$7,000 depending on their needs. Schedule a consultation for a custom proposal.
How many coordinators will be on site?
That depends on your guest count and logistics. Most events include one lead planner (Danielle) and 1–2 assistants for optimal coverage. Tented Events and Private Events may require additional staff- to be determined at time of booking.
What happens if we need more time on the event day?
Our Month-of Mini package includes 10 hours of on-site service. All other planning packages include unlimited wedding day coverage with dedicated staff.
Note: Unlimited hours became standard across all packages (except Month-of Mini) as of July 2025.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Will you help with design decisions even if I don’t book design services?
Absolutely. While full design services are available as an upgrade, we always review your plans to ensure your day looks cohesive, intentional, and beautiful. Whether it’s confirming your layout, helping tie together your decor, or troubleshooting tricky rentals, we’re here to make sure nothing feels out of place.
Do you plan micro weddings or elopements?
We do! We love intimate celebrations. Whether it’s 12 guests or 200+, we tailor our approach to fit your vision and priorities.
