What types of events do you plan?
We plan weddings, social gatherings, and elevated corporate events throughout Michigan and beyond — from tented estate weddings to welcome parties, milestone birthdays, and luxury dinner experiences.
Do you offer planning packages, or is everything custom?
We offer structured packages with flexible enhancements. Whether you need full-service planning, month-of coordination, or something in between, we’ll tailor the experience to your event’s needs.
Do you offer virtual planning services?
Yes! For couples planning from afar or who already have a day-of coordinator, we offer virtual planning support including timeline creation, vendor coordination, and layout design — all without needing to be onsite.
What’s the difference between Month-of Coordination and Full Service Planning?
Month-of is ideal for couples who’ve planned most of their wedding but want a professional to manage final logistics. Full Service covers everything — from concept to clean-up — for clients who want a high-touch, hands-off experience.
LOGISTICS AND SUPPORT
How far in advance should we book you?
Most clients book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak-season dates. A few openings are occasionally available with shorter notice.
Will I work directly with you?
Yes — Danielle personally leads every project from start to finish. We don’t hand you off or delegate the heart of your experience.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. We travel throughout Michigan and to select destinations. Travel fees apply for events more than 60 miles from Grand Rapids 49503 or outside the state.
PEOPLE, PLACES, PRICING
What’s your pricing structure?
Our services are customized based on scope, guest count, and location. Most clients invest between $3,500–$10,000+ depending on their needs. Schedule a consultation for a custom proposal.
How many coordinators will be on site?
That depends on your guest count and logistics. Most events include one lead planner (Danielle) and 1–2 assistants for optimal coverage.
What happens if we need more time on the event day?
All packages include set hours of coverage. If additional time is needed, it can be billed hourly and will always be discussed in advance.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Do you offer design support?
Yes — all planning packages include logistical support. Full Service and Enhanced packages also include design guidance, vendor referrals, and creative consultation to help bring your aesthetic to life.
Do you plan micro weddings or elopements?
We do! We love intimate celebrations. Whether it’s 12 guests or 200+, we tailor our approach to fit your vision and priorities.
