I’ve wanted to be a wedding planner since I was a little girl—but I had no idea how someone became one. Still, my whole life kept pointing me here.
I started behind the scenes—washing dishes at a country club, scrubbing pans, polishing glassware. Eventually I found myself setting up ceremony chairs and flipping reception spaces, and that’s when it clicked: I didn’t just love weddings. I loved the rhythm of them. The movement. The beauty in the details.
From there, I followed the breadcrumbs. I worked at a flower nursery. I styled invitation suites at a stationery shop. I helped coordinate events in basements, ballrooms, and backyards. Every job shaped me. Every detour added clarity. I didn’t just want to plan weddings—I wanted to understand them.
While Futtitinni officially began in 2018, I’ve been building this foundation for far longer. I just didn’t always have the words for what I was becoming.
